For parents, churches, and families

Church Resources

Equip the families in your church with a simple, biblical bedtime experience they can use at home. Before you share it, look at exactly what it teaches and how it handles your families' information. Nothing here asks you to take our word for it.

1Overview

Seed & Slumber is a nightly, screen-free bedtime experience where a child is the hero of a short story built around Scripture, prayer, and practical discipleship. Church Resources lets any leader (pastor, elder, deacon, children's director, family-ministry or small-group leader, or administrator) put it in front of the families they serve, two ways: send free Family Faith Nights, or sponsor ongoing family access. You do not run a new program; the families use it at home.

Churches distribute access. Parents own the family relationship.

The church creates the invitation. Each parent claims it, creates their own family profile, and controls their child's information. That line runs through everything below, including what a church can and cannot see.

See the work, not a claim

2Review the content: Scripture & Themes

We show the verses, references, and virtues behind every Seed & Slumber experience so you, your elders, and the parents you serve can weigh the material against Scripture yourselves. It is not gated behind this page or behind any role: it is public, for parents, churches, and families alike.

Each experience is built around a stated biblical theme and its associated Scripture (ESV, quoted in context). We review the story, reflection, and prayer for alignment with that theme, for age appropriateness, and for clarity. We do not call it "pastor approved," "theologically certified," "guaranteed doctrinally correct," or "approved for every church." We show the work instead.

Read it for yourself. The full Scripture & Themes page lists every anchor verse per week, the curriculum map, how content is made and checked, and answers to common questions. A complete sample Family Faith Night is available on request at hello@seedandslumber.com.

A clear line around every family

3Review data & privacy

Churches distribute access. Parents own the family relationship.

The parent, always an adult, holds the account and controls the child's profile. The church distributes an invitation; it never creates family accounts from a list, and it never sees a family's private details.

What a church can and cannot see

A church leader sees aggregate numbers only:

  • Campaigns created
  • Gifts sent
  • Claims
  • Active family access
  • Credits purchased and remaining

A church never sees child names, story content, personal reflections, parents' email addresses, or any family's engagement details. Those belong to the family.

What we collect, and what we never collect

We keep it small: a parent's email (for passwordless sign-in and delivery), and for each child a first name or nickname, a rough age band (not a date of birth), gender, and reading progress, all provided by the parent. We do not collect a child's birthdate, photo, voice, home address, or precise location, and we never sell any of it. The full detail, including subprocessors, retention, deletion, and your rights, is in our Privacy Policy.

In review. The church distribution and consent flows described here are being finalized with qualified counsel before launch, because the product serves young children in the United States. The Scripture and content material above is complete; the formal, binding privacy terms for church distribution are being confirmed. Questions in the meantime: hello@seedandslumber.com.

Two simple ways to begin

4Create a family gift, or sponsor family access

Two ways to put Seed & Slumber in front of your families:

  • Create a Church Gift Campaign (free). Generate a link (and soon a QR code) you can share in a bulletin, email, text, or from the front. Each parent claims it, picks a theme, and receives a personalized Family Faith Night at home. You never handle a child's information.
  • Sponsor Family Access. Purchase Family Access Credits so families in your church can use Seed & Slumber for a set term. The church pays once; each parent claims and sets up their own family. A family that is already paying on their own is never double-charged.

The self-serve console is opening soon. To start a gift campaign or sponsor families now, or to see a sample Family Faith Night, email hello@seedandslumber.com and we will set you up.
